Wine

Our vines are growing on the hills of Casares where vines have been growing since the Romans came to develop this area. The vines are pruned from August until September. The white wine grapes first and the grapes for the red wine in early September. The result so far is quite good and all the red wine from the first years are gone. We are improving all parts of the wine making procedures every year and so the wine itself. By trial and error we have found the best way of making wine in this region. If you come to visit us we will gladly offer you a bottle of wine and present all of its procedures.
