Bodega
Our bodega is actually two separate buildings for the different procedures of making wine. One where we have the storage specialised for maturing the wine both in the barrels and afterwards on the bottles all done in correct temperature and environment. The other building is mainly used for preparing the grapes directly after the harvest and then the two fermentation processes that follow. Firstly the alcohol fermentation during three weeks and secondly the malolactic fermentation. We have also a laboratory to make analyses. All together the bodega!
