Information about the wine

Our vines are grown on the hills of Casares where vines have been grown since the Romans came to develop this area. The vines are pruned every August.

The grapes used are mainly Tempranillo but also Tinta del País, Cabernet Sauvignon and the local Moscatel grape (Moscatel de Manilva).

At Cortijo The El Robledal wine production/making wine, is close to our hearts, and we use traditional methods combined with modern technology with the ambition to produce the best wines.
