The art of making wine
Our most magnificent treasures are created by nature itself.

Humankind has been producing wine for thousands of years, the process constantly developing and changing over time.
However the basic steps of producing wine are natural.
After crushing the grape, the natural yeast in the grapes start to ferment and this goes on for about three weeks when the juice has reached an alcohol volume of about 13-15 percent; then the yeast dies.

The fermentation can be stopped at any point, depending of the required end result.
The wine is then left to rest for about three months before the aging process takes place in oak barrels.
